 What is Click & Collect and where is it available? 
 Click & Collect is a free service that allows you to shop online and collect your order from a selected rebel store. Click & Collect is available at all rebel stores, however stock is subject to availability. Store trading hours do vary by location, visit the Store Locator page for further information. 
 What is Contact Free Click & Collect? 
 Contact Free Click & Collect is our way of keeping our customers and staff safe during the COVID-19 outbreak. This option allows you to order your shopping online and collect it from and eligible store without having to come into close contact with others. Click here for more information. 
 How will I know when my order is ready for collection? 
 Within 2 trading hours of placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email and/or SMS advising that your order is ready for collection. 
 What do I take in-store to pick up my order? 
 When collecting your order instore you will need a copy of your order confirmation email or SMS and valid photo identification. Valid photo identification includes Drivers Licence, Passport, Proof of Age Card and Blind Citizens Card. You will be required to sign for your order at the time of collection. 
 Can someone collect my order on my behalf? 
 If you need someone to collect your order on your behalf, they will need a copy of the order confirmation email or SMS and valid photo identification. 
 Is there a charge for Click & Collect? 
 Click & Collect is a free service offered by rebel. 
 How long to I have to collect my order? 
 Orders will be held for 14 days after being confirmed as ready for collection. If your order has not been collected by this time, it may be cancelled and a refund processed. 
 What if I need to change or cancel my order? 
 If you need to change or cancel your order for any reason, please contact the Customer Care Centre on 1300 654 502 . We will need to check the current status and advise you of the options available to best accommodate your request. 
 Can I return my items if they are not suitable? 
 If you need to return all or part of your order, you can do so at any rebel store. Visit the Returns page for further information.
